Is it your first time ordering from Phone Candy by CandySky? ^^ Here is how to successfully place an order and create an account on our website 🙂 It’s pretty easy, so do read on ^^
We have a designated page where we have listed available PHONE UNITS. ^^ There is a search function to make your checking easier. It also indicates whether the unit is available in Matte or Glossy, so please take note of that 🙂 We will be updating this regularly. If your phone model is not on the list, we’re very sorry, but we will be unable to produce a Phone Candy for you.

Head to the SHOP page, and browse through our many design offers. Click on the design to be taken to the product page.
Input your desired quantity and click “Add to Cart” as shown below 🙂
You will be taken to STEP 3!
You will be taken to the Checkout page, where you will be required to fill out your information ^^ Please make sure to double check all the info that you type! 🙂

If your payment method is Bank Deposit / LBC / Western Union, once you have clicked “Place Order”, you will be taken to the Order Received page, which will show a summary of your order 🙂
If you chose Paypal as your payment method, you will be directed to the Paypal transaction page. Once payment is successful, you will see a similar page above^^
- Settle your amount due within the period allotted. We follow a pre-order batch schedule, so make sure to check the current schedule and deadlines.
- Email your proof of payment (format instructions are included in the email.)
- Once payment has been received, your Phone Candy order will be processed and included for production 🙂
- Production may take 5 to 7 days.
- Shipping dates will be based on the on-going pre-order batch schedule.
- Order Placed on November 8 (Tuesday)
- Payment Received on November 14 (Monday)
- Order is included in batch for production on November 15 (Tuesday)
- All orders from this batch will be shipped out on November 21 (Monday) of the following week.
- Once production of the batch is finished, an Order Note will be sent, and this will include your order’s tracking number.
- All orders within Metro Manila will be shipped via ZOOMCourier.ph
- All provincial orders will be shipped via XEND.COM.PH
- All international orders will be shipped via XEND.COM.PH‘s Premium Postal Registered Mail service. This takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive to the destination.
- All international group orders will be shipped via XEND.COM.PH. Those who organize Group Orders may choose to opt for either the Premium Postal Registered Mail service (7 to 15 business days) or the EMS service (takes 3 to 7 business days).
